Out of the many tales that I’ve seen and read, ours will always remain as my favorite.
In the past few days, the #hugot short movies of many fast food chains flooded the social media in anticipation of the much awaited or dreaded (for some) Valentine’s Day. And it all started with Jollibee’s #KwentongJollibeeValentineSeries.
They reminded me of our own Jollibee story. I smiled a little but cried a lot. 💔

As shallow and funny as it sounds, but I remember promising to buy you all the Jollibee meals that you want once I get my first job. The Jolly Spaghetti was your favorite – sweet and easy for you to swallow. 🍝
It was always one of the many things I look forward to after every payday – a chance to see you giggle as I bring home a simple gift from a busy bee.
And now, as I look at this silly bee smiling at me, I only wish that he could use his tiny wings to send all my hugs and kisses to you up there.
