I was a hyperactive kid who loved to dance, run around and play rather than study my lessons. Well, some part of me still is.
I was born as part of a family who is really into sports and martial arts. But, I'm not as active as my father, uncles and cousins. Yes, I would join my father's classes but only after a fair amount of argument and compromise with my mother. Haha!
My father is an advocate of having a healthy and active lifestyle. His discipline is commendable! He's close to 60 but he could still do his kicks and punches pretty well. He has the looks and the moves of Jackie Chan! 💪
I try to emulate his teachings as much as I can, but I'm still on the process though. I have this love-hate relationship with diet and exercise. All thanks to Mom's cooking. Hehe!
Just a few years ago, I found love in running and boxing. I tried to research about running and joined races whenever I can.
This page is going to be my fitness log. I will write anything that could help bring our energy up and endorphins pumping.
